No hormones
No anti biotics
Mild Ec
No acne
No eczema
Psoriasis.. I don’t know, maybe this is psoriasis
No celiac
Diet, I am starting elimination soon but no food has given me any problems b fore the skin condition and Ec.
Drink at least 1.5L a day.

In general, a normal active person that does exercise and has no problems (except skin condition and Ec) and takes no medication.
