ok Day 8 and feeling fine

I went to the beach for a few days and managed to stay on the MC. Nothing has really happened. I have just been doing Lax teas and no SWF. I am going to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow morning. I have been afraid b/c I always had somewhere to go and then didn't want to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) while I was out of town... well now I'm back and have no more excuses.

I have nothing exciting to report... sorry.
