Fast interruption


So lately i started fasting for the first time in the past few months and I have been able to see great reaults. Last time I did it I started on November 5 and was able to get througg the 25 ish days. I only wanted to do 21 days but since I had a few interruptions here and there Indecided to make it longer.

I started another fast on the 21 but for sole reason its been way harder than ever and I’ve also been around food a lot duento the holidays. Hence I hadn’t managed to fast completely and I’ve eaten a few bites here and there which I know its not ideal but because of that I’ve taken alpha liopic acid, I’ve worked out and overall made sure to stay away from carbs and not go over 20 g of carbs (for labeled food.)

The day before yesterday however I gave in and ended up eating a large bag of taco chips a small slice and a half of pizza and an ice cream cone.

Yesterday I fasted again completely but I did allow myself a homemade vegetable broth (no oils, no fats, no meats or seasoning woth calories)

I know it wilk probably take me 3 days or more to get back to ketosis but does that mean none of the other 6 days count? I know I cheated a little bit here and there but the main reason I am doing this is for weight loss which is why I worked out and took the pills but idk if that will make any difference.

By the way my fast consists on drinking 0 calorie 0 carbs beverages since I really am the worst at drinking plain water aince I was a baby
