I got GERD four years ago; when I was under huge stressful. I was over-consuming coffee, soda, chocolate, etc. I do not drink nor smoke.
I stopped them since then & for four years to prevent my GERD symptoms. It never went away so I want to find a way to reverse it completely.
I noticed that eating before 4 hours of bed is the only way to get it done but I feel my stomach lining is still weak, it does not seem to recover.
I bought some Bentonite clay to start to drink at night but after my first time using it, I vomit few hours later & felt less acidic. Should I continue to use Bentonite clay? & what could possible cause my GERD?
Since I started to eat more healthy few months ago, my GERD has become worst than ever before.
