Is this Candida? Please help

Please let me know if this is candida or mucus? FYI; it does not soluble in water and i have been passing mucus like this for more than 3 years now. I have unformed stool and i feel the need to use washroom atleast 6 -7 times a day. I have pain in left lower side of stomach in the descending colon and i feel much better once the mucus in out. Sometimes i pass only this mucus but no stool. I intensity of mucus in more during evenings. I am wheat/gluten free, alcohol free , Sugar free from last 12 months almost and still facing this issues. Can anyone suggest if this is candida infection?
