Can I cleanse with possible onset liver cirrhosis

Hi, I'm new to this amazing site! Can someone please help me with my question. I had liver shutdown 5mths ago due to onset cirrhosis. All is looking great now with bloods looking all but normal. Have a low salt diet (for ascites) and very healthy eating of mainly whole foods. No alcohol but am currently on Antibiotics as a preventative for any possible occurring infection. Am I able to do any of the cleansings on the this site? No point asking the docs as they poo poo the alternatives. Thoughts? Many thanks in advance.
