Dry fasting


Always assume your body knows what is best for you.

Always !!!!

In other words, if you get any symptoms after doing anything, it is your body telling you that you are doing something wrong.

In this case, eating and drinking is wrong !

Try dry fasting for at least 24 -48 hours. No water no food .

Drinking warm water may also help with heartburn.



But generally, staying away from foods and drinks is the best medicine, as long as you can possibly hold.


It is also the best medicine in case you have problems with your pancreas. You may have problems with your pancreas too !


To prevent dehydration, you can lay in bathtub filled with water and allow your skin to absorb water naturally.


You can also have a cotton tissue over your mouth and your nose all day long (like people living in desert ) to prevent dehydration. We can lose up to several liter of water per day just by breathing, if the environment around us is dry .
