I think Chanka Piedra is superb. I noticed my best results were after I drink it for 21 days so now I drink chanka piedra for 1 week before the apple juice. I also have noticed relief by just drinking it and yea when you do the flush you can tell that the stones have been desintegrating and they were soft.
