Bless your heart McCuddly.  This is Luella.  Well, as you can see the diffuser isn't as effective, or effective at all.  From now on, use the nebulizer, with lobelia and mullein.

As for Sovereign Silver, it costs an arm and a leg and is not as effective as real colloidal silver.  May I suggest Utopia Silver, which is real colloidal silver, high quality, cost effective, and they have many sales.  That is the only silver that I use and would ever use.

I have the same problem.  If I don't address bronchitis immediately, it turns into pneumonia.  The best solution is to nebulize, the minute you feel something started to come on.
