The general consensus on the MC is that most folks continue to exercise since the MC does provide nutrition and carbs with the syrup. Most folks will cut back on the intensity.
The one crucial point is to make sure that you are really well hydrated specially now in the summer heat. I would recommend that you have some lemonade with extra syrup before exercising and carry some lemonade with you on your run so and if you start feeling weak or woozy drink more. You will prolly be able to gage what you will be able to handle after the fist run or 2. Perhaps starting out with 1 mile the first time just to see where your system is at is prudent.
Generally the first 3 days are the worst for detox symptoms, hunger etc so you might wanna consider resting the first 3 days.
