Wat meds are u taking .please post. Also keep taking yur benedryl to help calm them. I also keep arms with Vaseline and keep them covered....No Sugar or breads in diet...R they responding to Sugar u ate? Use stevia only. I never get in shower or bath. Wash only....I know the feeling
