Stinky scalp

I’ve been dealin with a stinky scalp for over 10 years now. I don’t have any other symptoms. I’ve been to tons of dermatologists who say my scalp looks healthy and nothing is wrong. My scalp stinks so badly that it’s affecting my self esteem. When I wash with ordinary shampoos, the smell gets worse. If I use a shampoo with sulfur or zinc the smell is gone for at least 10 hours. I’m desperate and need to know what cures this problem. I’m so frustrated. My scalp doesn’t itch nor do I have dandruff or anything else on the scalp. I just stinks!! I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I even have gnats flying around my head because the odor is so bad. I’m thinking it’s some sort of fungus. Please advise!! Tweet
