21 day water fast - currently day 5
Hi there!
I'm on day 5 of my 21 day water fast. The first 2 days were not very difficult but the third was extremely harder, I felt hungry the whole day.
The fourth day was easy until about 6PM, when I started to feel extremely hungry.
And now, I'm on my day 5 and today it's very difficult. I woke up very hungry and I'm still. Also wanted to say that yesterday in the morning I drunk some diet limonade soda, about 32
ounces but stopped immediately because I've read that's not good because it can kick you from ketosis and also the body detox will not be so good.
Well, my first goal is the weight loss but I'm also fasting for cleansing.
My tongue is white, I think that's a good sign of detoxing. I've read some stuff about hunger, and I don't think this is the true hunger since I have a lot of fat to burn but I feel like a discomfort in my throat and I feel to spit very often.
I'm drinking about 4,5l of water/day which is over the recommended portion(3l). Please tell me if this is not ok or if I'm drinking too much.
Also, I would like to hear some advices from you in order to successfully complete that water fasting. The time pass very slow and that disconfort is killing me. Since day 2 or 3, I'm dreaming about food.
P.S: This is not my first water fast. 4 months ago I did a 6,5 day
Water Fast and after I broke, I did some 1-2 days water fasts.
