This is strictly a US issue, the rest of the world uses a cheaper method that does NOT loose mercury into the food supply so buy European or Canadian made citric acid..

Only in La La Land can you loose +20 tons annually of Hg into the food supply using a method that is both far more costly and outdated and get away with it..
