Starting a long water fast.
Have a question relating to headstands (and inverted poses in general)
- I have been happily continuing with a yoga routine which I had established some months before starting fast, which includes about 15 minute headstand and 15 shoulder stand.
-I"m feeling exceptionally good, however, I just wondered if anyone here who is very knowledgeable about BOTH fasting AND yoga could tell me if the inverted postures are counter-indicated for any reason while doing a long water fast.
