Concern Regarding Coffee Enema Experience

So I have an issue with Orthorexia... an overpreoccupation with trying to be extremely healthy in regards to my lifestyle, diet etc. So I'm always trying new health trends; fasting, raw veganism, juicing, infrared saunas, etc. I even had my amalgam fillings removed a couple months ago. Lately, my new experiment has been with coffee enemas. And I'm starting to think that it was a really bad idea to try. Prior to trying coffee enemas, I was actually having really healthy bowel movements after every meal. But becoming obsessed online with liver detoxing, parasite cleansing etc. I thought they could maybe still be of benefit to me.

So after trying my first... very little waste came out and most of the water had actually be absorbed. Second day was more successful, but it was not as huge an amount of waste as what I was led to expect to be normal of enemas. I went one day without doing enemas and noticed I couldn't "Go" at all. I've been very conscious of the fact that it doesnt seem like my bowels are moving or working anymore. Almost as if they've become lazy. I tried water fasting last week... I went 9 days with consuming no food, nothing but water. I done a coffee enema on one of those days which helped me ro release some waste. And naturally, I had no other bowel movements during the fast.  -  Well, two days ago I broke my fast  and have still not had one SINGLE bowel movement since. Which is really worrying me. I've been feeling very nausceous and I can feel all the food in my stomach resting there but it seems like there is no movement from my bowels or digestion.

In retrospect I kind of wish I hadn't bothered with the enemas or fasting in the first place now. I feel like I ruined a perfectly healthy set of bowels.. and weakened myself throughout a fast for no reason.

But I am quite worried about the lack of a bowel movement now. Is there anything I can do to repair my digestion and bowels? I also have been feeling very dehydrated. Would a salt flush with Pink Himalayan Salt help to get things going? I've also considered taking apple cider vinegar daily with lemon to improve Hydrochloric Acid in the stomach after the fast, to perhaps repair difestion aslo?

I would massively appreciate any words of advice with this! So thank you in advance! I'm quite a hypochondriac generally, so the anxiety around this issue has been killing me. Last thing I need is to destroy my adrenals with a cortisol overload... haha!
