Osteo in hips

Hi all..
I need some help..I was diagnosed with moderate to severe osteo in both hips..I need some advice on how to reduce the pain and possibly reverse the arthritis..if any group can help I know this one can...many years ago it helped me not to get my gall bladder cut out, by using the liver gall bladder cleanse..
