White Line When Talking

Peeling isn't my biggest issue right now.

It's this bloody white line that forms everytime I talk. There's the obvious embarrassment around people but there's also the fact that it serves as a precursor to skin that eventually peels, if any of the 'white line' gets on my top lip it makes it peel too.

Wondering how people have dealt with this, thanks.
