My 10 Day Results

I finished my 10 days yesterday and just wanted to report the success
I had with this cleanse. For about 10 years I have had scars and "fur"
on my tongue as a result from getting a really bad flu where I had sores
all over my mouth, tongue and down my throat. My tongue looked terrible
and the doctors and dentists would always comment about it but could not
offer me any solution just saying that the scars would be permanent.

Well, starting at day 4, I noticed that it looked like the scars were getting
bigger on my tongue. Note that the scars were the only thing sort of pink
on my tongue, with the remainder being white/yellow/grey (nasty!) Well I
thought that the acid from the lemon was eating away my tongue! But I kept
going. Each day the "scars" appeared to get bigger, and each day my tongue
looked like a different portion of a world map, gradually more red. By day 7
I realized that my tongue was completely healing itself, and by day 10, 95%
of my tongue was like a babies tongue, pure and new. Now there is just a small
sliver in the middle front, and a small sliver way back and left of the white
fuzz. This is something that I have been embarassed about for years and did
not even like to passionately kiss my wife because of this! It's cured. I
took a "before" picture of my tongue but have not developed it yet. If it turns
out I will post a before/after tongue picture.

Another thing is that even at day 10 I was still producing some messy BM's
almost black water, shreds of stuff, chunks, ect! YUCK. So I have decided
to switch to a juice cleanse as well as potasium broth and incorporate the
schulz Bowel Cleanse formulas.

One more thing, and may be just a small thing but before the cleanse I had been
letting an ingrown nail try to grow out through the skin but had to clean it
with pyroxide 3 or 4 times a day because of infection. During the cleanse the
infection went away and no pyroxide has been needed at all.

So thanks for all the inspiring posts guys, and I just thought I would return
the favor. Now on with my juice/bowel cleanse! Tweet
