pictures of what tropical medicine doctor says is my stomach lining

Since I last posted I've visited a top tropical medicine doctor who listened to my story and looked at my rash and pictures of what appeared to me to be intestinal parasites. He did blood work and it came out normal. He said these things are probably lining from my stomach and/or intestines. What do you think?
Before this I was treated by three different dermatologists, two GPs and one infectious disease doctor. No one could help me and treated me like I was crazy.
