I'm starting to see something see i had a bad case of strep throat before I got put on Antibiotics and bammm adrenal issues lymph swelling that took forever to go down I think this is strep overgrowth or h plyori since both reside in the mouth so does candida so I need to attack all 3 since I'm not sure

My plan that I believe has to kick in is

Vitamin c ascorbic acid powder
Zinc
Probiotics gut AND mouth probiotics

Oregano oil and mastic gum

I think this might kill off some pathogens for sure and I do drink kefir

I just picked up oregano oil today!!

The mouth may be the problem oregano oil should be effective of all those pathogens and mastic gum too I'm thinkin of adding garlic to the mix for the 3rd Tweet
