Feeling alot better let's not jynx it lol from kefir ,rhodiola rosea and mastic gum
I haven't felt this less fatigued in so long I don't know which is doing it but I been doing 1000mg of mastic gum for a week going to increase to 2grams
Drinking store kefir alot I wanna make my own tho and I been taking liquid rhodiola
I took rhodiola before and ashwaganda but still didn't do much so I try again
Maybe it the combination of mastic gum and kefir trying to fix the bacteria levels and eradicating what I suspect is strep and h plyori maybe some yeast neither way it's some bad organisms
I'm going to go buy a oral probiotic soon also I think things like apple cidar vinegar and kefir are good tools
My heart palpitations have went down less fatigued my mind is happier right now I have been loving this so far plz don't go away lol
The plan for me is to Take mastic gum. Drink a gallon of clean water a day. Get rid of meat and dairy. Eat dark greens and berries. Take a good probiotic
I've seen amazing reviews about people recovering from gut problems with mastic gum and a good probiotic
