Re: Fibroid Tumors
Interesting article you posted, here is my take.
I have a fibroid the size of a golf ball, been there 5 years that I know about. I'm not sure if it shrunk or got bigger, but the last time my chiropractor saw it in an Xray because it's now calcified on the outside , this was about 3 weeks ago, the chiropractor said it's the size of a golf ball and I should talk to my doctor about it, I forgot what size they told me it was 5 years ago when I first found out about it.
I also have breast cysts and I think there's a correlation, at least for me between making cysts in my ovaries and making cysts in my breasts.
Your formula contains Maca in it and that worries me, because when I was taking Maca powder by itself, my breast cyst grew larger and faster and I had about 7 of them. Once I stopped taking maca powder, they all reduced and I just have one left. I also had a girlfriend of mine taking the Maca with me and she developed a cyst in her breast also, it's gone since she stopped taking maca as far as I know. So this is just to put the info out there for people.
Do you have a case study or something for your formula?
I completely agree with you about the dairy and I've stopped it with the yogurt and the butter and the cream. I wasn't too much of a cheese person but I stopped consuming dairy, I do think it's a huge culprit. I am back to practicing yoga daily and I don't understand the whole obesity correlation, all of the women in my family are thin, more on the underweight side, and I am 118lbs and 5'7" very slender. I've read that my body may be producing excessive estrogen and my liver may not be keeping up and this extra estrogen is circulating in my blood, ending up causing fibroids.
I'm back to practicing yoga daily but I do exercise. I hike and practice yoga maybe daily will help me. I'm ready to have a totally healthy body.
Thank you so much for posting!
