Help! What can I use on my skin and hair during a water fast???? Confused :(

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie (to this forum) and I have a few questions. I've been researching this for 3hrs now but still haven't reached clarity.

On a fast can I:
- Use oil on my skin (oil cleanses)
- Use bicarbonate soda to clean my teeth
- Use shampoo/conditioner and if not WHAT DO I USE???

Oh and what about soap and deodorant?

I'm not doing the fast for weight loss more so to detoxify and heal my body; I want to do it as correctly as possible.
