Hello, thank you for your post, it has shown me that I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with facial exercises. I have tried 2 different facial exercise programs, and each time I try them my face has gotten worse. I feel that my facial fat has decreased making my skin even more saggy and now I have bulges around my mouth created from deeper more spread out nasal labial folds. I am super upset about this for I am only 29 years old and I'm afraid to do anything further with facial exercising feeling like it will only make things worse still. Have you experienced any lessening of the bulges around your mouth from your chin and neck exercises? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated because this has really taken a toll on my confidence.
