Liver tests?

I'm not sure what this is. I was thinking liver cirrhosis because of my symptoms.
- Eyes turning yellow
- Dark under eyes
- Dark urine
- Terrys nails
- Generalised abdominal pain, worst of it in upper right quadrant
I can't afford to go to a regular doctor so I went to the ER.
The tests they ran on me were:
- CBC with auto differential
- CMP
- Lipase
- Urinalysis with reflex to micro and culture
If it wasn't my liver I thought for sure it was my Gallbladder, because of the way my abdomen was burning yet they said everything was perfect. Is it possible all these tests could come back normal but there still be something wrong? I know ultrasound or biopsy are the only ways to be 100% but I guess I wanna know how accurate these tests they gave me are. Tweet
