Re: Help!!! Hair falling out from nascent iodine. Help!!!

I wasn't even aware of bromide until a week ago. Truly justvtaking the Iodine without knowing all the in's and outs was foolish. I can't go back now. All the info I've found on bromide detox symptoms have mainly come from this site and a few others. I don't believe Iodine causes hair loss. From what I've read the usage of Iodine displaces the bromide into the blood. According to dr jefferey face bromide will excrete through the skin and cause Acne or accumulates in the oil glands of the hair follicles. Seems to me this is my problem. Both of these things occurred directly after iodine usage. Acne and sudden hair loss. Again, both of these things are already known symptoms of the detox. I know that now. My question comes back to these things. Can the bromide be stopped? Do I stop the iodine completely? Do i pulse it? Do I continue with the salt, magnesium, b1,b2, C, selenium as this site suggests to help rid myself of it? I'm lost. I just want to be normal. I don't want to take iodine now if I don't have to. I just want this hair thinning to stop. I'm lost friend.
