Any mold exposure? I’ve been dealing with many similar symptoms. Thought parasitic, but could be fungal. Could be both, as parasitic fungus. Throat, anal, could be mold in your sinus and growing in rear. Gross, I know. I thought I was overly clean. I’m 31, so I feel you.
