First of all the SWF needs to be done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach . The most common reason for lack of BMs in not enough fluids. You are compounding matters even further with the BPs which absorb a huge amount of fluids and can become very binding. The BPs have never been part of the MC and when they are done when eating regular or any other time the most important thing so they work properly is that you hafta drink alot of water with them.
Stop the BPs and start drinking lots of lemonade and water. You must keep things moving on the MC and that takes fluids. The SWF is the most efficient way to get the toxins out. While Burroughs is dead set against enemas you are probably a good candidate to do one now to get the system moving and the resume without yhe BPs and adding a significant amount of fluids and do the SWF every morning first thing.
