Bromine/bromide detox? How do know what to do?

I recently took some nascent Iodine for a couple months. It ended up giving me Acne on my cheeks and making them red. I stopped using it. A month later a ton of my hair fell out. It scared me. Dermatologist didn't have much to say. So I continued on. It seemed to be growing back and filling in, then a month and a half after first shed I had another big one. I'm devastated. And worse I don't know what to do or who to see. I've had blood work to check my thyroid and it's within not normal range. I also had a test from doc to make sure I don't have lupus. So we'll see. How do you know it's bromide? Everything was fine before the iodine. Now I'm sad because all this hair loss.
