I have started on the ARL nutritional balancing program and am having issues with the calcium. I am in a four lows pattern and instructed to take high doses of calcium, zinc, and magnesium. I felt great initially but this has entirely messed up my digestion and created constipation and stomach pains/cramping. The only way I can get myself to have a bowel movement is to drink coffee and at that point my stools are watery and of a loose consistency. My digestion is what landed me in the four lows pattern in the first place. I have taken a lot of time to kill Candida/pathogens and strengthen my digestion so this makes me uneasy. Can someone share what dose magnesium/calcium they are taking and how they avoid having GI symptoms while taking them?
