Saw my first worms!

Hi everyone!
I am within my first 10 days of the Dr. Natura cleanse. I found the first worms in my stool today and put some in a jar with alcohol.
What have been your experiences with Albendazole? Is it sold over the counter?
I am all for natural cures, but there were so many worms and eggs in all different sizes, I am astonished. I want to take the jar to a doctor, but have no health insurance.
Please let me know your collective thoughts as to how I should proceed.
