Many warts disappear from the skin once people stop eating milk products, cheese, butter, and wheat.

You may as well try that.

You may need to try it for at least 6 months, to see some improvement, warts do not appear overnight, and usually do not disappear overnight!

Research the paleo diet, it is milk free and grains free and Sugar free diet.

I would not use any wart remover on the lip, it would leave a scar that is much more ugly than the wart.
