Electrolyte Drain During Water Fast
Hi everyone. I'm Nestergen. I'm new to this forum.
Anyway, I wanted to ask a couple of question to veteran water fasters.
I weight 103 Kgs currently, 169
cm height, male, 21 years old. Yup, obese.
I tried doing
Water Fasts before but failed after the 6th day mark.
Did 3
Water Fasts a month to three months ago and stopped after 6 days. I have no problem doing 72 hour
Water Fasts but the problem is I gained my weight back and went back to unhealthy eating.
While reading up on
Water Fast posts, one common thing I notice is that people lack in electrolytes on extended fasting periods.
I've read that one can supplement Spirulina and Chlorella during a water or a teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Wanted to ask if anyone supplemented all four of them? One teaspoon each a day for water fasting.
I'm clearing up my schedule and planning things ahead so I can stay alone between Jan 2018 to March 2018 and I feel 2 months of alone time is more than enough for my water fast.
Please tell me your thoughts about this. Would love to hear you guys out. :)
I'm really serious about this and I intend to switch to a vegan diet once I complete the fast (i live with my parents, hence junk foods at home but I plan on living alone for a pretty long period of time next year onward. Saving up through my freelance gigs. )
Thank You :)
