I have taken the Vit C water 9 times, so far today. I started with 1 gram of ascorbic acid. The instructions I had (I used three different sources to come up with the plan I'm using) said that if you didn't have gurgling or rumbling in your gut after 4 doses to double the dosage. I didn't, so I started taking 2 grams. I still have no rumbling or gurgling, but my stomach feels heavy, like it's loaded with water, and I have to pee a lot.
I'm interested in others' experiences doing a Vit C flush. (and, Jaguar, thank you for your suggestions)
