No it just rhymes.

For most creatures on earth life is a daily struggle in some shape or form.
We sometimes dream, although "hope" is a better word for it that something might turn up that is just around the corner.
Some say leave it to God, some say God is within us and we can be guided if we trust in Him.

Row, row, row yer boat gently down the stream.
Some times we hit the rapids,
Then begin to scream.
