You are most likely sensitive to foods because of Increased Digestive Permeability. I started getting the same problem with dry skin when I was 16. What has helped most has been large doses of Biotin (2x5mg twice daily) and some good quality (Pure)/additive free Rosehip oil used on the skin. Use some paper towel to dab off any shine.

To stop the problem you need to look at fixing your digestive system, particularly an infection in your stomach.

Things to search for:
Biofilm, Quorum sensing, Efflux pump, (ceylon) cinnamon essential oil which you must not use neat, it has to be diluted in another oil or it can cause serious problems. High histamine levels, increased saliva and snotty nose while eating/drinking.
