You can do a gradual liver cleanse instead of a powerful flush.
Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil with fresh juice in the morning, and keep increasing the amount of oil every few days, as long as it feels ok and as much as it feels ok.
Use also olive oil as a dressing on your salad with some lemon juice .
That way it is more like food, and significantly less like an extreme powerful event that may have unpredictable negative consequences.
