Something is working my light stools are dark again lol

I'm not sure if it's the apple cidar vinegar I have been doin 3 times a day or is it the milk thristle ....idk if it's detox reaction but I been feeling quite Ill like herx reaction maybe

Does this mean the problem that is affecting my adrenal is bacterial imbalance stomach acid related? I think Apple cidar is making my stools darker could have been the milk thristle idk

I was always under the impression that Antibiotics made me a wreck with candida and possibly strep overgrowth


If this is true I must destroy this crap...i just started taking candida herbs complex too and I need to try that oxypowxer Colon Cleanse too
