Quit on Day 5. :)
I originally hoped to do 2 weeks and go untill the end of the month but the acid reflux finally got to me. I ate a couple bannas to get rid of the heartburn. Even ate some other not so good other things afterwards and haven't gotten sick. It wasn't a craving or a temptation, I really thought it out before quitting.
Wow though. Even 5 days even helped me. No constipation feeling that anything is stuck there. I didn't have cravings during the cleanse and not even after I ate or anything else. No wanting to binge or compulsive eat. I guess I still have the not hungry feeling. I haven't had any bms yet so not sure how that will turn out.
I just wanted to give an update. I'm using this time to get rid of the acid reflux, going to start drinking a lot of fresh vegetable juice, start eating healtheir and then do the master cleanse. My mistake was starting
The Master Cleanse with acid reflux. This might work for some of you, but for me the mc made it worse. Guess I'm more on the too toxic side.
Anyway, good luck to the rest of you. I'll be back eventually. I already miss the lemonade, I actually liked it. :)
