My eleimination organs are overhelmed , whenever i put something in my body that stres or makes work harder them i get bad symptoms i thout it was alergic reaction but now i know whenever i drink coffe or strong tea or whatever even high magnesium/calcium water wich affect my kidney i feel bad. just dont know why on paper all is ok but for sure they overhelemd im wondering if its cuz

A. Detox , changing diet, and all organs are on elimination phase , skin , liver , kidney ,lungs ,sinuns

B. My case is very bad and im loaded with tons of bad things and those are all just symptoms , but if those are symptoms i scare think abaout die off . generaly in this few days i get bad die off and i mean it was for sure die off like word say i thought im gona die , terrible shaking anexity breathing problems but after all day next day i feal mutch better , i think my organs are not ready to any detox with antifungals/antiaprasites , i think for few months i maybe need to stick to diet and avoid stresing staf like cofe , cigarets etc, Tweet
