You will also need a food thermometer, a quart/liter measuring cup, and a fine stainless steel strainer. You can buy those almost anywhere. For coffee, I recommend dark roast organic. You may have to order organic coffee online if your local grocery store doesn't have it. I use olive oil for lubricant, and put a spoonfull on a paper plate so that I have it ready when needed. I also use a paper plate to rest the enema tube before/after insertion. Tweet
