This is a very strange thread, indeed.

We haven't cracked the age code, yet. Some things have a certain impact upon how we age: genetics, childhood nutrition & habits, adolescent nutrition & habits, activities, types of diets, etc.

I know some people who looked wonderful throughout their lives until they passed away at a ripe age of 86. Others, at 55, look as if they've been through hell and back. Look at Randy Meisner (former Eagles member) at images as recent as 2012, and today. He is a shadow of the man he once was, and he's only 71.

In 5 years, I've aged a lifetime from the ravages of various medical conditions, poor personal choices, etc. And, guess what? I don't care. I'm upright and breathing, today.

As far as ANY rice goes, make sure that labels are read and all rice that's grown in Arkansas has a high level of arsenic due to natural deposits, but also due to the gas/oil industries fouling of the water supplies.
