I would try the 2 tsp again. I find that having the water slightly warm works best for me. The other thing I do is if by one hr after doing the swf I haven't had a few good squirts I will guzzle another plain quart of water. Like I mentioned in a previous post that not drinking enough will make you dehydrated and then the body will try to retain all fluid incuding the SWF so adding more lemonades and/or water isn the first step before adding more salt. If that don't get you going good then try a little more salt.
Most of us have busy lives and mix a batch of lemonade for the day. For me I mix up 9 servings so that comes to 9/10ths of a teaspoon so I just eyeball a little less that a tsp.
In the recipe the 1/10th tsp is more of a guideline cause in the book it sez 1/10th or to taste. If you mix your by the drink just stick the tip of a knife into the cayenne and experiment by adding as much as you feel comfortable with. You will probably find that as the days go by you will get used to the heat and will probably be able to add more cayenne.
