HELP !Parasites, mucoidal membrane and blastocystis hominis.

hi all! i have been struggling with figuring out why i am constipated and have had intolerances, articulation pains, chest tightness... gastroentologue things its food intolerance related. parasites department found blastocystis hominis, and completely disregarded the image i brought them. i was told its mucous membrane, and that i should stop enemas. i stayed dumbfounded. what does it look like to you? please, its 2 years and no answers. the parasites are 2 or 3 inches long, round formed.
