Blastocystis Hominis and Hashimotos..HELP ME!!!

I recently discovered I have blastocystis hominis. This is a huge breakthrough, yet some how still feels like a set back in finding because once again, it looks like this is not easy to deal with and can be almost impossible to get rid of. Back in April I was diagnosed with hashimotos disease. This was a big shock. My sister said "oh it's no big deal you can treat it with thyroid hormones". Of course that has not been the case, my health has slowly deteriorated over that time. A short time after receiving the diagnosis I developed memory loss, fatigue, joint pain, night sweats and my stomach always looked like I was 6 months pregnant after eating certain foods, especially grains. I was diagnosed with panic disorder back in my early 20s and was prescribed valium. I used it pretty regularly but not every day. About 6 yrs ago after my divorce I could not cope with it and began needing to take 5mgs every day to feel normal. I also developed irregular periods. Two years ago the IBS came. I have spent(charged on credit cards) thousands of dollars visiting different doctors and needing procedures. Last February, before finding the hashimotos I had an endoscopy in which they found a tubular adenoma(polyp) but the GI doc said it was benign and no need to worry, just re-check in a year...hmm...okay. Fast forward to now and I have finally gotten somewhere with this whole mess basically by becoming my own doctor and demanding more tests. After receiving the blasto diagnosis and finding out what it was I was disgusted! I was first prescribed Bactrim.I had a lot of rectal itching and passed out a lot of mucousy stuff(eew, I know!) I took it for 10 days and then made it over to functional medicine. I asked for Alinia since I read that it kills protazoa and has helped others to get rid of the infection. I took 500mgs of Alinia for 3 days and that was it. Something told me that there was no way one round of treatment would get rid of it and it hasn't. I will say that after finishing the Alinia I noticed a reduction in fatigue, joint pain, and suddenly, after years of taking valium no longer felt like I needed it, in fact I forgot about it! After about a week I have noticed that some of the fatigue is trying to return and my joints are stiff but I am still not in as much pain as I had been. Another thing I have noticed is that I have movements throughout my body, mainly in my arms and legs but sometimes my face, head, back, not all the time but small movements throughout the day. It feels kind of like a muscle spasm but they move around. I can't help but think because I have had this infection for so long it has spread everywhere. I cannot find any information about whether or not this is possible and even if it is, I wonder if it is still treatable since the meds only get through the digestive tract. I bought some CandidaFX to use as well just to see if it would help my situation. I requested that my doctor prescribe another round of meds and think I may need to repeat a third time. I wanted to try the "triple therapy" I keep reading about on here but my doctor said it doesn't exist(at least not in the USA). From what I gather the triple therapy includes an antibiotic, an anti fungal, and an anti-protozoan med. I basically have to research what meds I think will work and then request them. I asked for Paromycin, Alinia, and Nystatin this time. I will start the treatment Friday. Is there anyone else out there who has experience with getting rid of this? Does anyone know whether or not I made the right medicine selection? I want to make sure I am doing things right and most importantly, I want this gone. Now that I look back at my medical timeline it seems that this all could have started at that first panic attack, 17 years ago!!!
