Post Liver Flush Brain Fog Question

Hello Everybody,

I had my colonic on the fourth day after my first liver flush. I am aware that you are supposed to do it 2-3 days afterwards but unfortunately I did not have time. I have noticed that I have had an increase in brain fog and am wondering if that extra day made a big difference into me holding onto toxins. Do you think there is a correlation? Thank you
