Birth Certificate retrieval/replacement seems to be a DISASTER.

It is starting to look like lawyers will be needed in order for the people of Texas, etc. to recover their birth certificates especially if they or their family has ever had anything to do with the military ( births at military bases are not within the territory of the United States and may even call for DEPORTATION).
