yes, but even before that they were doing something to keep gas from having much of a shelf life. it made a market for a product sold by paul harvey while he was still alive - stabil. it is still needed. the ethanol is a different animal. its what we used to buy and put in our gas in the arctic to keep it dry from water. the gas would get so cold that no matter if you garaged or not, the temp differences, natural or otherwise, caused excessive condensation in the tank. the stuff was called heet. but it also decreases BTUS and efficiencies.

the rich love selling black boxes to the ignorant masses. they laugh all the way to the bank. they are selling us free energy right now, i just know it.
