Acidic urine during fasting

 Hello folks. I have fasted before with great benefits (I had candida infection down there) for 7 days. The only thing I am wondering/ concerned about is the taste after 3 days of drinking only urine and water - it was very acidic, like apple cider vinegar. Any suggestions what can that be? I know that body is becoming very acidic during fasting, but I somehow thought urine will taste better. First two days it's like hot water. Now I am gonna do another fast (21 days) but I am really concerned about that taste. Thanks for any info
